سوال مهم راجب کار با وب سرویس آپلود فایل؟؟؟

سلام دوستان من در برنامه ام با استفاده از کد زیر فایل رو آپلود میکنم:

حالا میخام وقتی که فایل آپلود شد پیغام succes رو که در وب سرویس بر میگردونم رو تو برنامه دریافت کنم میشه راهنمایی کنید...
البته این کد کار میکنه و آپلود میکنه میخام مقدار برگشتی رو دریافت کنم
