مشکل در eclipse

با سلامعیدتان مبارک
وقتی میخوام هر پروژه ای رو run کنم در پنجره console این پیام میاد
[2016-03-31 17:37:28 - example] Android Launch!
[2016-03-31 17:37:28 - example] The coection to adb is down, and a severe error has occured.
[2016-03-31 17:37:28 - example] You must restart adb and Eclipse.
[2016-03-31 17:37:28 - example] Please ensure that adb is correctly located at 'C:UsersUserAppDataLocalAndroidandroid-sdkplatform-toolsadb.exe' and can be executed.
و بعد از اجرای adb این پیام میاد
[2016-03-31 17:56:41 - example] Android Launch!
[2016-03-31 17:56:41 - example] adb is ruing normally.
[2016-03-31 17:56:41 - example] Could not find example.apk!
