راهنمایی در خصوص ترجمه تعدادی جمله در فایل language پروژه

سلام. یه سیستم کوچیک رو دارم فارسی سازی میکنم، تقریبا 90 درصد ترجمه کردم ولی بعضی هاشون رو نتونستم روان ترجمه کنم و بهترین کلمه یا جمله رو جایگزینش کنم چون چانگلیسیم در حد متوسط هست (دست و پا شکسته میفهمم چی نوشته و مفهوم جمله دستم میاد فقط خواستم مناسب ترین ترجمه رو بزارم) . لطفا کسانی که تسلط به زبان انگلیسی دارند بهترین جمله ای که میتوان به جای این جملات زیر گذاشت رو بنویسید. خیلی خیلی ممنونم

• All login attempts are logged مثلا میدونم این میگه که کاربر هرکاری و فعالیتی انجام میده در سیستم ثبت میشه (مثلا کاربر ali لاگین شد، کاربر ahmad نوشته جدید ارسال کرد و یا Admin رمز عبور را تغیر داد و ... بعدا میشه گزارش تغییرات رو در مدیریت دید)
• خب الان فهمیدید که من فهموم رو میفهمم فقط ترجمه مناسب رو سخته برام، نمیدونم چی بهشون میاد!
• Assigned (این کلمه Assigned من رو گیج کرد آخر متوجه نشدم "اختصاص داده" ؟ آخه معنی نمیده! الان همین زیر رو ببینید:
